Stephen Pickering

Stephen is responsible for Blink’s Ground Operations across Europe and the UK.

Stephen has over 30 years experience in the aviation industry with British Airways, his last role being Operations Control Manager, responsible for a daily worldwide operation of over 250 aircraft and 10,000 crew.

After joining British Airways in reservations sales, he moved steadily through many operational and strategic areas of the company, including Terminal Operations and Safety & Security, where he became a qualified auditor. Following a project management role in shaping the airlines approach and delivery of punctuality, he took up his Senior Operations Control role before moving to Blink to deliver the Ground Operation to support Blink's vision of the future.

Stephen is married to Liz and has two young children.
